Our Business

Reputation is based on achievements and results, and our business was formed as a result of client demand based on these fundamental foundations.  Our aim at all times is to provide a high quality, cost competitive service to clients which will fall within their budgetary requirements, which we are capable of achieving based on our diverse experience and proven results in the field of risk management.

The Business Manager, Mr Gary Setter has 30 experience working within Policing, Investigative and Audit roles within Commonwealth and State Government Agencies and the private sector.  In addition, he has 17 years experience working within the Insurance Investigation sector.

His business partner, has over 20 years experience within the medical environment working within various disciplinary fields throughout Australia and the United Kingdom.

Our vision is to provide the highest quality service, whilst working in partnership with the client to achieve goals and expectations within time frame and budget.  Our Investigative services are undertaken in a manner, which aligns with the Australian Government Investigation Standards (AGIS), accepted as best practice and parameters Mr Setter has operated within for the past 30 years to ensure investigations are conducted in an impartial, transparent and ethical manner capable of withstanding legal scrutiny.

We acknowledge cost is a critical factor in business, and our aim is to work closely with our clients to identify their needs and requirements to ensure expectations are met within budget and time frame.  We also acknowledge that many clients need advice on certain issues and risks, particularly when their organisation (or themselves) are the victim of fraud, and we offer solutions, and potential paths open to take to assist in these matters.

In complex matters, the cost and time frame of an investigation can only be determined through a thorough analysis of the issues at hand, coupled with the evidence available.  In these instances the preparation of an Investigation Plan is a tool, which provides the client with an accurate overview of the situation, what is required, how it can be achieved, and what client based support is needed to achieve the desired outcome.  This will, in almost all cases provide the client with accurate assessment of the time and costs necessary to complete the required tasks, which is a fundamental requirement for budgetory considerations.

Our diverse background and experience, affords us the opportunity to support corporate entities in managing risk through a range of services, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs and requirements.
